Meet Gabriel –
Gabriel Beville is an award-winning Realtor® with extensive experience working with investors and new construction. She is also a certified Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®) to help buyers and sellers of distressed properties as well as specializes in repeat buyers, first-time buyers, and luxury homes. Gabriel currently holds a dual-license in Alabama and Georgia. Gabriel was a 7-year member of the Agent Leadership Council which is comprised of the top 20% of agents chosen by her Brokerage.
She is recognized as a consistent multi-million-dollar producer with the Birmingham Association of Realtors and the Alabama Real Estate Commission. Gabriel is an 3X ICON AGENT with eXp Realty based on her stellar production for three consecutive years. Out of 500 eXp Realty Agents in the state of Alabama, she has consistently ranked in the top three in sales volume and transactions. Meet Herb
Herbert Beville Jr. is an entrepreneur, investor, mentor, and philanthropist. A long way from the housing projects in Birmingham, Alabama, he believes you must look beyond self and put in work to change your life and the lives of others. After earning his bachelor’s degree from Tennessee State University and working his first post-graduate job, the decision to invest in his first property changed the trajectory of his life.
Herbert became an expert in the real estate industry, acquiring residential, multi-family, commercial, and lucrative development projects. Using his passion for all things real estate HouseHeist® was created as a network to bring like- minded investors, entrepreneurs, and ordinary people sharing in investments and real estate.
When the pair is not selling real estate, they can be found behind the scenes filming and producing House Heist® The Television Show and HouseHeist® Uncut The Podcast.
